I got a REF in the mail today. Apparently we didn't send in the right tax stuff. Chris is printing it out tonight and we will be sending it back tomorrow.

Well that's poopy, but at least it's a quick fix. It should not slow down your application at all if you send it back right away. :thumbs: Hope ya'll had a nice Easter!! My dad is ariving today, he can't wait to be in the nice warm weather.

Hey guys, so i hadn't gotten anything in the mail or anything about noa, just by email. I called and it's cause they had the wrong address on file. Here in Puerto Rico it has to be sent to P.O. Box not the actual address, which i was like what, cause the application says Physical Address and Mailing Address. Oh well, so then i got the email a couple days ago and a letter in the actual mail yesterday saying that Address was changed, then today I got an email for all 3 applications saying this:

On April 26, 2011 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

Is this just an email saying that they are resending the NOA's or not. Cause i'm a little confused cause it says status on here and uscis.gov says Card Production/Document Production?

Well, it looks like your green card is on the way!!! Congrats!!! But just wondering, did you ever have your biometrics taken? Because they need those for the card... And what about your EAD and AP, did you ever apply for those? Did you get them? You would also have needed your biometrics for your EAD card...

Let us know when you get a chance! I'll put the list here so I don't have to go back 5 pages to find it, but I'll wait for an update from you to actually do so, congrats again!

That's the thing, i never did biometrics, so i'm in lala land. I call, but those people don't have a clue of what's going on. I don't know if you think i should just do a walk in, or wait to see what comes in the mail? And The card production email was 3 of them, For AOS,EAD and AP.

Hey guys, just checked status on the website and apparently my green card was ordered yesterday, yippee! Guess i better get job searching/on the EI pay list asap!

Weird though...that i was not notified via email nor text like the last time but think i read on someone's post that they're not always consistent with contact mediums. Oh well, who cares as long as I'm getting my gc soon!

Want to take a moment to thank everyone who helped me get this far - special should out to Vero who has been a superstar throughout this whole journey!

Congratulations on the green card girrrrl! Nice feeling, enh?

Alaba, I would definitely try a walk-in... Bring everything you have so far, like e-mail notifications and what not. It's just so weird that they would emit your card without picture/finger prints, so obviously they messed up somewhere along the way... Is the office far from you? If not, go as soon as feasible, worse comes to worse, they'll turn you around and tell you to wait. Let us know what happens! And thanks USCIS for all the confusion :blink:
