Hey guys, i recieved an email confirmation saying that my application has been recieved and routed to the National Benefits Center for processing and that I should get the offical reciept notice I-797 within 7-10 days... sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

We got our NOA today for both the AOS and Work Authorization. I had just said to Chris this morning "I hope we hear something soon. I am starting to worry" :dance:

Thanks Vero, glad there's no stress with the bio appt, had enough of that quite frankly! I was just going to take all the notifcation letters, bio appt letter, and passport - did you take anything else or is that enough?

Do you have a driver's license? If you have your SSN, bring that too in case... Better safe than sorry! You'll be out of there in less than 10 minutes!

That's great, thanks - yup have my license and ssn so good to go. How early did you go? My appts for 11, thought I'd arrive at 10:30 am just in case...some people have gone really early but don't think that's necessary...unlike that fabulous interview experience in Montreal!

Ok so we got a letter in the mail today. Chris says its for the interview for my green card but I have a feeling its just for biometrics. He checks the mail when he leaves for work and took the dang thing with him and isnt answering my questions about it being biometrics or green card. So I will let you guys know when he answers me. The appointment is for the 22nd

April 22nd..Pretty sure it's for biometrics..they need your biometrics done before they can print off your green card..if approved..I believe. :)I got my biometrics appointment 2-4 days after my NOA1 hardcopy arrived for AOS and EAD.

Brenda2010, our appointment was at 12, and we got there at 10am. We were done by 10:30am... We just decided to go early because of traffic... We were back home by 12. It's up to you guys really.
