I didn't use capital letters when I filled out the form. Does this matter? Should I fill it out again?

Also should it be sent with delivery confirmation or certified mail?

I hope you got an answer to this elsewhere... Thanks to you posting this, I realized I have to send in an I865 as well.

For anyone else having to do the same: I didn't use all caps. I think I did use all caps for the last name; I just remember doing that for the I130 but it doesn't seem reasonable that they wouldn't accept the information if it's not in the right case.

I sent mine Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, two days ago. It was about $4-$5.

Today I received a cryptic e-mail message from USCIS (mind you, I NEVER received an e-mail from them when it was actually important, when they were processing the I130 for my husband's CR-1 visa two and a half years ago!)... it appears to be a form message, telling me that on April 22, 2008, my I130 was approved... Thanks for the update, guys

It says post-decision activity may include sending info to the NVC or DoS. But nowhere does it include "change of address" as an option. You'd think if they are already including a whole bunch of words, they might include that!

I just checked the US Postal Service site and found the confirmation notice, so I'm printing that page for my records...
