Any specification how to send back an RFE?? Yes i got an RFE and im freaked out!! I just wanna make sure that i dont get an RFE again :(

Did you get the letter the Notice? If you did the instructions there tell you to include a copy of the letter and the required documents for the RFE and mail it to the address written on the letter. That is how I did and got an approval in about 2 weeks. What was the RFE for?

08-06-10: Package delivered in Chicago (Received Date) (Priority Date)

08-18-2010: NOA1 (Notice Date) Received text & email with case number, Check Cashed

Thanks! my RFE is regarding my police clearance..it took me 3 weeks for that. I hope it doesnt take long for them to approve me...its been a long wait :(

hello everyone! do we need to fill any form for the medical exam? can anyone enlighten me on that pls?

In Canada you just take your interview letter and fill out a form given at the DRs office. There is no paper that needs to be filled out from NVC. I'm guessing it is probably the same in your country.
