heres a question does my wife need to send a police clearance for her maiden name and her married name or just her maiden name?

07-08-10 Married in Malabon City Philippines-

08-02-10 Husband went back to states-

08-10-10 I-130 NOA1 -

09-19-10 Last touch -

02-14-11 I-130 NOA2 -

03-09-11 NVC Recieved and NVC number -

03-09-11 Paid AOS fee and sent 3032 in email -

03-10-11 AOS fee marked paid -

03-11-11 Email 3032 accepted -

03-11-11 Sent AOS -

03-14-11 AOS Receieved and IV bill generated and paid

03-21-11 IV packet delivered to NVC

03-26-11 rfe(aos)

03-30-11 aos sent

She needs the police certificate in all names she used on all forms. I only used my maiden name on forms, so I got my police certificate in just my maiden name.

well we knocked medical out this week and we are just waiting for SIF and CC from NVC then hopefully we can get your appointment date quickly

NOA2 march 11 finally! it took 207 freakin' days! but finally the waiting from USCIS is over! hoping for a smooth journey at the NVC! :dance:

not the one from the local municipal

Interview date notification Feb 20th,,2011

Interview Feb 4th,,,2011 8:30 a.m. Only two weeks from Notification Date

Hey guys,

I've sent I-864 & DS-230 packages to NVC and they have arrived to there as USPS tracking system says. How can I track it inside NVC right now? Is there any websites to do so or I should just call NVC and talk to the operator?

The only thing you can do is call an operator and ask. There's no way to track the packages.

Grats! kicking.gif You should probably get a case complete by tomorrow. Two days after my SIF, the AVR updated to say my case was completed the day before.
