Wait, but "receipt date" of 09/02/2010...I don't know what date to count from. Whatever, like 2 or 3 days makes a difference :) .

There are essentially three dates on the NOA1 that I can see. There's the received date which is the same as the priority date (it's the date when the petition was received), and as far as my understanding goes, priority date doesn't matter for IR/CR-1 visa applicants since there isn't a limit per year to those type of visas. The third date, the notice date, at the top right would be the NOA1 date.

I was starting to get worried its been over a month with no updates but I see everyone else is about the same.....

Is there something we need to send once the I-130 is received and we get the NOA1 or just wait?
