Hello all,

I filed I 130 for my wife in July 2010 and received the NOA1 in July 20th from California service center. No updates received from them till November 29th , on November 29th USCIS moved the papers to Texas service center( they were saying for speedy processing) and got couple of touches on Nov 30th and Dec 1..but from then no updates...I called the USCIS at 800-375-5283 and they are not telling anything about when it is going to approve or how's the current processing going on ?

When i filed in july through all the process going to be end in 7-8 months so my pregnant wife can come to US and I can be with her in delivery... but its not going to happen now...man proposes god disposes...

I have seen other service centers are processing much faster and even people got their visa by now who filed in the same time.

You're with CSC right? They're approving September filers already.

So i emailed them, they said they hadn't received our case yet, and wanted me to email them a scan of our approval letter, which i did, now we are still waiting for NVC to locate our petition from TSC.
