I just got my I130 approved dated 12/27/2010. I never had any touches...just this one email and touch to approve it. Goodluck to all of you dont loose hope... we are getting approved soon. :)

and yes my case was in csc the whole time.. i never got any touches, since the first one in sept 8th, perhaps when they entered it into the system. I was always frustrated why I never got any touches, and how a lot of guys in September got approved and us July/Aug are still in the pipeline. I feel like a lot of approvals are on its way.

Wow. I'm surprised they told you this. They are usually so secretive. Just curious - did they actually tell you that CSC is approving Sep filers or did you post that part based on the info on this site?

Yes. lol Hubby said "I know that a lot from Sept filers have been approved already. What's happening to ours?" So they were forced to give us dates that they are processing now. lol

Maybe someone can try calling them too? Let's see what they will say :)
