Awesome... thank you Saylin. I looked at the guides before (briefly) but forgot where I found them.... thank you for the links. :)

I would say no, that's not your NOA2 since it doesn't say you were approved, but rather your petition is being reviewed, being sent back. You should post this in the CSC to TSC mass transfer thread since there were lots of people that got the same email. TSC is definitely sending out a lot of different emails/notices about petitions transferring to USCIS offices as well as post-decision emails and petitions getting sent back by DoS for review at USCIS. Until you get a notice with the definitive words 'approval' in it, you can't really do much.

Once you do get approval, the interview wouldn't be next. I would highly suggest reading these two guides: http://www.visajourn..._live_in_the_US and http://www.visajourn...p/EZGuideSpouse You'll be going through NVC next and you need to make payments and send forms in. Read the two above guides over and over until you understand what to do. :)

Sorry ...i am new here....so i don't know how to write here....still tried.....i am an august filer too.....we got the NOA-1 on august 20th...then the last update was on august 25th.....& after 3 months we got our 2nd update today....Don't know its a good sign or bad...but still happy... at least they touched....

wow my case has been approved in a night after the touch....the USCIS send the following message"On December 7, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice."

but the status is showing post decision....what should we do now for nvc...plz help.....
