Congrats to Kikapoo (you get my congratulations everywhere :P) and magdasal!

I'm really excited as my NOA1 date is 9/2 and hoping my NOA2 is just around the corner as well like the both of you.

I definitely think the mass CSC to TSC transfer made a difference. Hopefully the rest of us August filers will get our NOA2s soon!

I certainly hope so... thank you. I'm keeping my fingers crossed :)

Erick...On your USCIS Status, the "Post Decision" indicater seems to contradict the words. These are my thoughts:

The recent move to local offices was an "out of the ordinary" process and there may not be appropriate "pre-programmed codes" available for the USCIS to post as a result. Based on the words of the notice, it appears that it was received at your local office and the review will be completed there. My guess (hopefully wrong) is that the "Post Decision Activity" status was posted incorrectly as the words in the posting contridict the status.

I suggest that you call the USCIS and ask what this means.

I hope for you that it is approved and on it's way to the NVC. Whatever the answer, they are making process and your NOA2 is in sight. My best to you both.

I am very happy for you :) I guess CSC now started approving September since they sent of all of August and half of or most of July filers to Texas. I think July filers got the short end of the stick in this one.

I checked and you NOA1 is in the beginning of Septmeber so you were lucky not to be in August :D

There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason as to the order in which they are approving our petitions, but I'm hopeful that we'll all be getting some good news in the next few weeks!

I just checked Igor's list and it looks like CSC has started approving September NOA1s. They look at NOA1 date but looking at TSC yes you are right about the order, there are July and August filers getting approved without any order at TSC. That is kind of good for us August filers but the July filers are getting the short hand. They should have gone by the NOA1 date.

Thanks again Saylin!!! You're right--and I think that the September NOA1s really lucked out in that deal (or it's starting to look that way). Hopefully your file is right there at the bottom of the same box! ;-)

Thank you CaliforniaGuy....I hope that is the case too. This stuff is like a thunderbolt out of the blue sometimes. But no matter how the timeline works out, hang in there...the feeling you and your wife will get is worth it. It's Christmas day no matter when it happens.
