If any of you are feeling "cheated" by Aug filers getting approved, it appears that they (i.e. "JFC_CIC: and "Matt and Evieve near approval") were processed at the VERMONT Svc Center (VSC). Yes, it appears that those fortunate enough to have their petition routed to Vermont were dealt a great hand. Unfortunately, most of us didn't draw that card. I wish all people with NOA2 approvals a big congratulations no matter what your filing date is. I wish the rest of us peace and patience as we wait.

Hi fellow August filers,

I really hope all of us will get our approvals soon. I am now preparing the IV Packet to be sent to my husband, Matt. I'll be listing them so please say something or any advice would you give so everything will be covered in just one sent. Here they are:

1. 2 pcs Passport-size photo (this is 2 x 2 with white background, right? Is the NVC strict on the type of photo?)

2. 1 DS-230 (signed) ---> (I'll send two copies of this though just in case)

3. 1 DS-230 (unsigned)

4. Photocopy of biographic data of beneciary's passport

5. Birth Certificate

6. Marriage Certificate

7. Police Certificate

8. Photocopies of all civil documents

Both of us are never been married before btw.

Suggestions are welcome.

Thank you and I wish all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration :)

God bless us!
