Wow--same NOA1 date, same visit date! How odd (but exciting!)! It's too bad driving is not an option! I take consolation in the fact that at least my plane tickets are not absurdly expensive. I mean, they could certainly be better (and a direct flight would be nice!), but I'm very glad I don't have to buy plane tickets to anywhere in Asia or Africa...I'd be broke (in addition to lonely)!!!

Yes, I want to move to Winnipeg, so driving would be an option (only 6 hours for him), but it would be hard to move there without a job first, and getting a job would be hard without living there.

But ya, thankfully, plane tickets aren't absurdly expensive. He got some for less than $500 and he's staying for almost a week (yay for American Thanksgiving and two days off for that). Yeah, he doesn't have a direct flight either, one stop in Chicago I think. But you're right, at least we don't have to fly too far.

Yeah, that was my first time looking at the VSC graph. Probably shouldn't have. But, just remember, there's a lot less June/July/August filers than there were of March/April/May, so CSC should pick up some speed now (hopefully). They're already more than 50% through June, so I'm staying hopeful they'll get to us for Christmas.

good news out of texas today my wifes friend got approved and they were august filers everything almost the same as ours i think just a few days ahead so who knows maybe be hearing something in a few days
