Approved I360 - what next?

Hello everyone, and thanks in advance for your assistance. I've been reading the forum threads for the past few weeks, and have learned more than I ever thought I'd want to know about immigrating to the US.

I am trying to assist a family friend with the next step in the process. This friend received an approved I360 as a self-petitioning child (18 years old) in July, along with a 15 month deferral of action.

So, what next? If anyone has a checklist about what MUST be sent with the I-485 that would be awesome! (For example, does this child need the doctor's examination, proof of current immunizations, financial affidavit, etc.?)

Hi Banthony,

The child would definitely need to include:

- passport pictures I believe 2, but if they're applying for a work permit as well, then 4 in total

- passport

- Social Security card (if they have it)

- copy of I-360 approval

- copy of birth certificate

- completed I-485 form

That's all I can think of at the moment. Hope that helps!
