Here is a short list of food with raw or undercooked eggs:

• Cake batter

• Cookie dough

• Some ice creams

• Steak tartare

• Caesar dressing

• Bearnaise sauce

• Hollandaise

• Homemade mayonnaise

• Egg white cocktails like a Ramos Gin Fizz

Eh, it's the yolk that is considered a salmonella risk--which eliminates meringue and egg-white-cocktails from the list.

(also, the sheer amount of alcohol needed to make the egg-white-cocktail drinkable at all would probably be an effective disinfectant )

Ironically salmonella toxins can affect the central nervous system down to lipid metabolism. Remember you need your fats to keep saltatory conduction in them neurons going. And anyone with any neurological conditions, psychoses likely included, may be affected by these toxins.
