Hi Friends,

Could anybody please share their experience or knowledge in regards with pcc from Australia for F2A Category..

My PD is current but still I-130 not approved..

Questions:

1.Does anybody knows whether I can have my Aus pcc in advance or have to wait for a letter from Sydney US consulate for applying PCC from Aus?

2.Is it valid for 1 year?

3.Any link or website?

Sydney US consulate writes below in faq:

"

We will send you instructions on the Australian police certificate and medical instructions with your appointment notice. Please do not apply for these until we send you the instructions

"

I think above was just b'cuz applicant don't do pcc way in advance since it's only valid for 1 yr..
