MAILING ADDRESS

Hi, everyone. I just got my Residence card based on marriage recently and will be applying for removal of condition 90 days before my Residence card expires. On my initial petition paperworks, I put my parents' mailing address for all documents to be sent from USCIS beause we were overseas that time and worried that our mailing address isn't safe and secure without being there in US. My residence card was sent to my parents' mailing address. My question is if I would like to use my own mailing address instead of my parents for my Removal of Condition, do I need to report to USCIS or just put my own mailing address on the I-751 form later. I am informed about reporting to USCIS about changes in address w/in 10 days. I understand that this address is home address not mailing address. Any replies to my query is highly appreciated. Thank you VJers ... God speed!

You should update your current home address with USCIS (and your sponsor if applicable).

You can do it on-line (and you should contact them in person if you have an open case).

USCIS Change of address

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

USCIS Change of address

Thanks for the reply. I think I didn't explain my situation very well. All throughout the processing of my case, I have used my current home address in Arizona. But in the mailing address I used my parents' address in Seattle, WA because we were overseas then. To make it short, I'd like to change my mailing address to same as my home address because we're now moving back to US. How do I do this? Thank you once again.
