Hey Everybody,

Im confused on the instructions i got on package 3. The package told me i had to fill out forms DS-156 and send it to them. When i went online it told me this form was no longer in used and i had to fill out form DS-160. I called the embassy on Weds and they told me that Form DS-160 didnt apply to the fiance visa. However, they told me i had to fill out Forms DS-2100 and DS-230 part 1 so print them out and send them to the embassy by fax. I called right after i send them forms to make sure they got them and the lady told me i had to wait till next weds to confirm. I havent recieved an email or anything so is there any way i can find out if they actually got the forms without having to call and stay on the phone for almost 2 hours?

1.Where Should pay my visa fee? In the package it says that i have to pay the fee at the bank but when i went there they told me i had to buy a pin number? Should i buy this pin number or i can just pay the fee on the same day of my interview?

2.Do I have to fill out forms DS-156 and DS-156k? and if so how many copies do i need of each?

3.The package mentiones to bring judicial and prison records & Military records? What about if you dont have any of them?

4.My fiance doesnt make enough income so his dad is are co-sponcer. Would both of the have to fill out form DS-134? If so, Do i need to bring any support documents to prove that the information its correct. For example, w2s or anything like that?

5. How long does it take to get your Das Immigration Certificate? and do i have to fill out any forms to get it or depost a certain about of money ahead of time?

6. Are there any other forms that i need to take with me to the interview that i havent mentioned?

Im really lost at the moment so any suggestions would be great.

btw which forms do i have to sign and which ones do i not?

Thanks!!
