Medicare Part D - 17 trillion dollars w/o any funding - passed by a GOP Congress and enacted by a GOP President. That single enactment alone is an unfunded liability greater thanall of Social Security's unfunded liabilities. That's on top of the $3 trillion dollars worth of tax cuts that weren't offset by spending cuts (read: deficit). But sure, we need them Rethuglicans to bring about fiscal responsibility.
