We ended up receiving an RFE and I just wanted to clarify what I needed to send. The RFE just says to submit evidence of the joint sponsor's status (as a US citizen or otherwise). Do I just need to send in a certified copy of the birth certificate of my joint sponsor? It must have been something on the form I overlooked (how is that possible?!)

If anyone could clarify this it would help greatly!

Thank you!

You can send your sponsor's greencard (have it photocopied front and back) or the biographic info in his/her passport.
