Boo(and Yah!) - I'm terribly sorry, but I must tell you -

I have a totally different perspective on your 'life' at VisaJourney, and when I re-examine your 'thread-entrances' - it's as if (at least the last 3 years) you've got some point to make, and then attempt to utilise charts and graphs to 'make your point'. Mostly, when you have attempted that, in the past, you become magnet for ridicule here - is many reasons for this ridicule, but mostly, you've been ridiculed.

I would hope, after at least 3 years of sustaining this ridicule, that you'd decide to be elsewhere. 3 years of 'self-generated drama' seems way too long, IMNSHO.

But you haven't made that choice yet.

What's up? Why hang around Visa Journey? Why go through possible further ridicule? What do you gain from it? How does it 'help your cause' ?

Also, IMO, you 'self-generate drama' often. Why? Whassup with that?

There is no cause or gain, it's a forum and a place to exchange some ideas. Is it no surprise that those doing the ridiculing are usually the same people who disagree with me on whatever point is being made. Why is a chart grounds for ridicule considering the context of a forum? Why is illustrating something like health care cost on a chart to be mocked in a thread about health care. That is what educated people do, how you have legitimate discussion - using data and facts.

How is my opinion creating drama? If I feel the earth is flat, then that is my opinion. That should not result in an ambush or threads like the other one being created.

I don't care if I am ridiculed, as I don't come on here to get the love and attention of VJ or to form some coalition. I don't need it. I come to debate points. What's clear is that some people are incapable of having such discussions and prefer to play games like scheming on the mods. I have no problem with that, just stay our of legitimate threads.

There is a reason why trolling is not permitted in most forums.

Great. Can I look forward to your stopping saying things like 'people like you', accusing posters of 'camping out' on VJ - quitting the ridiculous charge of posters 'following you around and ganging up on you' and other irrelevancies? That's fantastic

welshie I don't even know where the hell it came from but that's just how I feel. I don't even pay attention to it anymore unless it's a thread I've started and it's just gone really far another way. usually cleo starts the convo going somewhere else. she always apologizes to me though

I have the perfect example of this, for whatever reason Cleo is outraged over my use of gringo, when it was clearly in jest. Because she assumed it was negative to an entire group, apparently this is now worse than the holocaust. Hateful, offensive and so forth.

Yet strange how she had no issue with her buddy Pike referring to Natty's kids. Now I understand what pike meant but that is not the point. Natty was infuriated about his toddlers being used to mock him, which is perfectly understandable. Yet to Pike, Cleo, A.J and co, as long as you don't group people, such insults are no big deal.

No those insults are a ###### big deal as they are personal. Not even your mum style personal but actually offensive personal. Yet ironically Pike went on and Cleo said nothing about this because they did not deem this offensive. That is the hypocrisy I cannot stand with these guys, who come on here with this sanctimonious attitude. Come here and pretend they want peace and serenity. Bullcrap, they want the old VJ moderation back, when comments like that would slide yet Natty would be suspended for understandably threatening Pike.

BY, I don't have any 'mates' (aside from Amby, who is either me or my daughter depending on who you talk to ) I post what I want to post, nothing more, nothing less - other posters do the same thing. When you stop holding me responsible for what other posters say and vice versa, most of your drama can disappear like magic.
