I am a Swiss citizen and my i485 is pending. I have received the i-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the US. A Swiss citizen usually needs to file an ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) because Switzerland is part of the VWP (Visa Waiver Program). I came to Switzerland for work purposes and am heading back to the US soon. My question is: Do I need to file an ESTA if I have the I-512L ???

Thanks in advance for your help!

If you fill out a I-94W and submit it at point of entry in the US means that you are renouncing to your I-485 (by default) because you would be claiming non-immigrant status. I would presume that if you register with ESTA might be the same. I believe you only need to show the AP document at entry.
