Sounds like an order came from higher up that the backlog had to be cleared, one way or another. I smell a lawsuit brewing... :whistle:

Agreed... Had they cleaned house on thier own, last month as many expected they would, then they would not have created this mess.... There cant be any justification for a case being in AP as long as Franks.... looking at the big picture, this could be a good thing. maybe the new CG will take some proactive actions to address the causes of the recent class action case as well...

So basically, everyone in AP is back at square 1 in that their case is still pending...

...maybe people should just do what they can (inquire about their case) and stop worrying about when their case is or will be reviewed. Whatever happens will happen and there is nothing that can be done to get results any faster.

IMO it doesnt change anything at our end.. we are still doing everything we were doing a week ago... but it could speed things up at that end.... Good for the new CG if he is making them get on the stick and get the work done...

Nothing new on my end, I dont eat lunch with him every weekend, and he hasnt been calling complaining, so hopefully that means that it was a one time deal to rattle their chains and let them know a new man was in charge and that he was not going to allow what had been happening to continue happening. Inappropriate post unrelated to the topic of this thread as well as post quoting same have been removed. Please keep on topic, and while complaining about what is happening is understandable, personal attacks are not acceptable and are a violation of TOS for VJ.

Nothing... Been really busy getting settled into a new house and it has helped keep our minds off of the proccess if only for a few days..

@jeromebinh are you still in HCMC? any news on the CO office are they moving case out "clean house". fiscal year is ending soon.

My friend swears that they do NOT clean house ever, even at the end of the fiscal year. I do think that they have been busier, at least that is what my friend keeps saying is that he has a bigger workload now than ever, so maybe they are cleaning house, but he says it is not due to the fiscal timing. :yes: I live here with no thoughts of moving back to the states, so I will be here for years to come.

that is awesome that you live there man. one of these day i would love to go back and live there for 1or2 years. well thanks for the update on the CO, i just when you have to wait so long for a pink it start to piss me off.
