It's very true that some people commit disgusting acts in the name of God. I am catholic, but I am aware of the atrocities the Church has made with people that either have a different view of Christ than them, or no knowledge of him whatsoever throughout many centuries... Sad really.

I don't think anything about Muslims. I don't think they're more peaceful than others, or that they're prone to terrorism because they're Muslim. They have a religion just like most other people.

I come from quite a racist family, and my brother says some horrible things about every race out there, and he also attacks Muslims. Apparently he walked past a group of Muslims from Pakistan and told them to speak English and called them terrorists, which made the woman cry. One time when I was walking down the street with him, he pointed out a big house and told me that Muslims live there. I said 'so what?' And he replied that they obviously have been making bombs and earning money for it to afford a place like that. He and his FIL joke about bombing them, and also bombing the family of Americans that live in the mansion across the street. That makes me sick.

I also dislike it when people say things like "I don't have a problem with Muslims, I've known a couple, and they seem like normal people/Americans". Why wouldn't they be? To me, that's like admitting that you expect Muslims to act differently and that they aren't already LIKE average Americans.
