i don't know jack about the fine nuances of sushi and all that, but i don't really dig rolls at all. i'd rather just get stuffed on salmon sashimi. buttery, melt in yr mouth salmon.

tiramisu

my problem with tiramisu is i've never had good tiramisu. i know just by description it must be amazing, but i've just been unlucky in finding someone who knows how to make it right. the examples i've tried have been just shoddy.
