Another hiccup - please help.

I-129F, Question 11.

Have you ever filed for this or any other alien Fiancee' or husband/wife before ?

My ex immigrated from Korea, we married there and submitted the paperwork at the embassy in Korea. She has since become a US citizen.

Is the answer to question #11 yes then ?

Yes, the answer would be yes if you submitted a petition (I-130 and I-129F) for this woman

Good luck

Hi, thanks for the response.

So, to further clarify:

I met and married a Korean in 1999 and she immigrated to the US. We divorced last year. Now I've met and want to marry a Filipino lady and am working on th fiancee' visa.

So, for question #11, I should mark Yes ?

It then says, if "Yes" give names of all aliens, place and date of filing, A# and result.

I'm guessing -

name is Ex Wife,

Place is Korea where we filed papers for her,

date I'm not sure of 1999 sometime,

what is A# and result ?

Anyone have a link to where I could find this info, EX cleared out all paperwork when we split.

Thanks,

Rich

A# would be on the NOA 2 of the petition. It would also appear on her visa but it sounds like you do not have any of those documents. So leave A# blank.

For result, state that petition was approved and she came to the US.
