Can anyone post a link to a good list of the kind of things and documentation to bring as evidence that our marriage is "true and fiathful" to the interview for i-485? Or just write one of their own up? My wife is a K-1 and her son is a K-2.

Is it a big deal that the house is only in my name, as well as mortgage? We have a joint checking account, she is the beneficiary of all my policies (life insurance, investment account, 401(k)) if we have pictures from our trips before marriage, from engagement party and wedding, do we really need some post-marriage ones, taken in the US?

I would bring pictures post - marriage - since that is what you wish to prove (you are together - married, etc...)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
