Hi All

Got my K-1 Visa Approved July 7th In London. Put on the form was flying out on the 12th August and getting married on the 19th August. Since then i have to have a knee operation which i'm still waiting for, so probably wont be flying out untill at least early October.This wont cause a problem now or when i apply for AOS or anything else down the line will it.

No problem as long as you fly out by the expiration date of your visa.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
