Hi to all I have one confusion and that is this that I mostly lived in one place city in my life till today and as a child I often used to visit my village which is out of my city district for spending few days of holidays let's say each visit consist of 5-7 days maximum for each visit out of my city to my village.

So I have learned if a person stays more then 6 months on another place instead of it's current living place then he will have to get a PCC from the 2nd location also, now my case is different I never till today stays in my village for more then two weeks at most, and my all visits if counts then they will cross the limit of 6 months easily but remember not consecutive in different parts times I stayed there just for spending holidays, so do I still have to obtain PCC from my village Police Station?.

If your village is in another country from where you live now and you have actually lived there for 6 months or more, then you need a pcc. Its looks like you only visit for hoildays. To be clear call the nvc 603-334-0700 or go to http://

Your police clearance certificate is necessary only for where you live. If you go on vacation for a few weeks here and there, that does not constitute you living there. Just worry about police clearance certificates for where you lived only. And each country is different. Some countries you can't even get a pcc. check what is necessary for hungary...

I tried finding relevant info for you at the national visa center, but couldn't get to it. Here is the next best thing:

Oops...I didn't mean to send you a link to the US embassy in Poland, I mis-read who did the actual post. For Pakistan, according to this, you cannot get a police clearance certificate: http://www.***removed***/immigration/police-certificates.html However, when I googled it I did find other references. I know I found a table for Indians both at the National Visa center and my consulate. I would dig some more.
