BY, I have clearly stated that these statistics are not MEANINGLESS, They very much do have a meaning and they are very useful to those who actually have an interest in changing ghetto areas but what it is not useful for is to draw stupid conclusions about the wider community of black Americans. If you choose to interpret the statistics on gang membership as proof that the African American community is a 'race that is prone to criminality', then by golly I'm going to call you out for the bigot that you undoubtedly are.

I don't pretend to know if there's any type of genetic difference or the possibility that a certain part of the brain might be wired differently.

If you look at Africa today and Africa over the course of the past several decades, even Century, it's been the same way... Constant wars, millions dead and killed by their own countrymen.... It's a never ending circle it would seem. No one 'knows' for sure, or they haven't tested it really. One thing is for sure though, is another who dares to suggest such a thing is labelled a 'bigot' or a 'racist' or something far worse for making painfully obvious observations.

Sad state of affairs really. These sanctimonious fools live it up in nice neighborhoods, while people are butchered daily in those countries. In fact, in this country as well. On average, someone is killed in California alone, every ~4 or so hours.

That causality of behavior is learned, and in 1625, European nations were already colonizing parts of Africa and rewarding the negative aspects of their cultures for their own benefit. Such behaviors are learned in society over time.

Here's the thing BY, the IMPORTANT THING. Only by understanding what is actually going wrong can one even attempt to correct it. If you insist on your bigoted analysis that homicides in America are down to some cultural inadequacy intrinsic to the black community (and to an almost equal degree the mexican community with your 'gang banger' hypothosis) then anything you try to do will fail completely and utterly and indeed it might even be COUNTERPRODUCTIVE.
