I am trying to make sure I head my letters correctly....now am wondering if the Nebraska Service Center is the one I'm going through? I'm in Nebraska- however, from everything I'm looking up, they're not processing the I29-F anymore? Based on my state, I thought that's where it was headed? Any help is appreciated!

You will be mailing it to the Dallas TX lockbox where all petitions go for uniform intake processing. Then it will be sent to either California or Vermont. You cannot tell anymore because the USCIS has not published a list saying where your petition will go.

If you want to put an address on some letters then use the Dallas TX delivery address in the I-129F instructions.

Good luck.

As I said in your post that you started yesterday, you are not sending anything to Nebraska. Go to the USCIS website or follow the instructions on the I-129F. You will be sending your package to Texas.

I'm well aware I'm sending this application to Texas, and I apologize, I didn't see your response to my post yesterday. I thought that Nebraska had a USCIS center (as the official website states.) I did not realize I would be going through Vermont or California only. I was merely asking about Nebraska because I thought that's where it would be processed through & wanted to check on the wait times. Both of our letters of intent are headed with the Nebraska address. Should this be changed? Thanks.

While Nebraska has a USCIS center, there are only two service centers that actually process the I-129F petitions. The instructions on the I-129F and the USCIS website itself tells you where your petition is to go. Originally, people were sending them to Vermont or California based on which state they lived in. Since August 3rd, USCIS has requested that all petitions go directly to Texas and they will forward it to Vermont or California, depending on the state the petitioner lives in.

I would change the address on your letters of intent. If you're unsure of which service center Texas will be forwarding your petition to, go ahead and put the Texas address on your letters of intent and your cover letter.
