We filed on March 3rd. No updates or touches. I recently filed an official inquiry (after 5 months) and we were told that we would receive an approval or RFE within 60 days.

I am now abroad with my fiancee. I called my friend who is picking up my mail and I have been told that I was just sent a package with two blank 129F forms and 2 blank G325A forms. No online touch and no specific request for evidence or even something saying "please refile this form". Is this some sort of wicked joke?

Could it be that there is a new revision of these forms within the last 6 months and they need me to file again?

Could it be that it is just a mistake? I just changed my address officially (about a month ago) so perhaps this is a routine procedure?

I know I must call customer service but I have no phone connection where I am.

Please help.. we are losing our minds in anxiety. I know there are many of us here feeling this way..

Thank you in advance.

J and I

If you have a computer and an internet connection I've heard you can buy an American number on Skype to call from overseas.

It sounds like a uscis mistake. They would need to send you an RFE specifically requesting the information that is missing or needs to be refiled and give you a time limit to produce those papers.

Good luck.
