I went for my medical today. Spent $185 and took about 2:30 hours because they sent me 1 place for the blood test, and another place for the x-ray. Glad I didn't have to strip down! Lol. And very glad everything was ok :)

OH they tested Everything... :whistle::lol: We have places like that in Nevada... :hehe:

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

Folks....my wife was once rejected an h1-B visa due to the employer wasnt able to provide strong supporting documents,

will that have any effect on her IR1 visa interview...your thoughts?

I do not think you should worry about that. This should not effect her imigration process at all.

Nov 18, 10 - I-864(AOS)12 fee ($88) Paid Payment IN process.

This is ridiculous Cedric. I have booked flights, hotels, car rentals, and took off from work to be there for my wife's interview. They better not change her date. I wish you good luck at your new interview date.

I agree with you. It really shows how unprofessional this HOMELAND SECURITY (USCIS&NVC) AND EMBASSY PEOPLE ARE. They think or Forget that they are there for US and not the other way around. I know things happen but the frequency of things happening is inexcusable in my view...
