Well I have some how made it this far and still have part of my sanity intack. I am hoping for an OCT Interview. My package was semi-complete on 9/13 so maybe Oct is not to to much to hope for.

Good Luck to all those with Scheduled interviews already. I am hoping they are simple and straight forward without too much drama or interrogation.. :wacko:

- Case Complete, 9/13/10 w/questions on lack of income

- NVC Forwards Case to Embassy, Manila

- Interview Date 11/3/10 Wife didn't have NSO Marriage Certificate, No Approval OMG!!!

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

Belated Congrats BMW!!! You made it!!! Mine was competed on Sep 13 and I was told interview will be in November some time. Darn!!! OF all the luck... only 2 working days behind you....and to late for Oct. :(

Well cant do anything about it but shake my head ... and :bonk::whistle:

I know exactly how you feel Tom! I was mad back in August because I felt I perfectly could've been scheduled for September, but I ended being in October. Everything happens for a reason, don't stress! We will all be ok.

Thanks Nica and Chris&Cecil. I just haven't been treated like this since the Army and I didnt like it then... :lol: I called the NVC does that stand for North Viet Cong...? and I will definitely not get an October interview...So with luck Nov early... but like you said cant do anything but wait... Before I got my Complete at NVC I though they were giving me and RFE... When I called they said I didn't have any wages or income for the past 2 yrs. I told them yeah that what they call retired... They said I was below the poverty level. So when I was speaking with them I told them based on their assessment I went to get food stamps and was refused... :lol: Well one thing is for sure I am only having to deal with this for 7-9 months they will have 30 + yrs in it before it over. haha Guess I can Wait...

I went for my medical today. Spent $185 and took about 2:30 hours because they sent me 1 place for the blood test, and another place for the x-ray. Glad I didn't have to strip down! Lol. And very glad everything was ok :)
