You're awesome! I already have my white sox jersey! My husband and his family are all white sox fans!!

AHHH! :) So glad your husband and his family are Sox fans! If you said they were Cubs fans, we may have had a problem! Are you going to live in Chicago once you arrive in the US? I'm nervous about my husband and the Texas winters, so I can only imagine what your husband is thinking about you and those Chicago winters!!!

Yes, Chicago! I know he keeps saying we need to go shopping as soon as I arrive because living in Nicaragua, I obviously don't have any clothes for the cold weather ! :P

- Case Complete, 9/13/10 w/questions on lack of income

- NVC Forwards Case to Embassy, Manila

- Waiting Medical completed 10/27/10

- Interview Date 11/3/10 Wife didn't have NSO Marriage Certificate, No Approval OMG!!!

- NSO Certificate received by Embassy on 11/5/2010

- Informed by call center. Cost $18 Information received- we need to wait 6-8 weeks from Nov 5th FUBAR.

- VISA APPROVED 12/15/2010

- Wife arrived in US Feb 2, 2011... :)

Jujuswife... i think its now safe to make a new thread.. for December Interview 2010.

No Waiter, we are good for November. I don't want to give up yet. Give them a few days to start sending out interview dates.

NVC:

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved

Why? NVC is now starting to schedule interviews for November...or maybe you want an interview for December? Sorry I'm confused:unsure:

Just in case..... for the rest of us they are scheduling until October 18....at least that's what the supervisor said... Good luck to us all...May God be with is and help us on this last hurdle!!

Just in case..... for the rest of us they are scheduling until October 18....at least that's what the supervisor said... Good luck to us all...May God be with is and help us on this last hurdle!!

Emily Really, I was told that Oct was done or close on the second week of Sept. When did they tell you this or am I missing your meaning . Are you saying they are scheduling for Nov 18 now.. Here hop[ing for the best... Its getting colder here in TN now and I need some warmth to help me through the winter.

Tom they are scheduling for NOVEMBER....so from today to October 18 they will working on interviews fo the month of NOVEMBER. OUCH!!! I misread your prior post... You hit hard!! :P haha... But I like it... Yeah that makes since. I dont know if they will keep working on scheduling Nov interview through Oct 18. They stopped Scheduling for OCT on Sept 10th. Thats why we didn't get and OCT interview. Regardless I am happy and hoping that we get our Letter soon and for Nov as I already purchased my wife's Ticket. :yes:

I am doing like you and bouncing back and forth between forums.

Lets keep our fingers crossed and our hopes up.... :D

Yeah the cutoff date for last month so I am hoping I am near the front of the line... Yep In is In and I dont care how, just when at this point... Just send me the damn letter!!! :rofl::rofl: AMERICAN GREED!!!
