I don't have a SIF yet, but I feel it coming. I don't think I will make the September Interviews. But October should be in the bag.

NVC:

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved

Hello here, We just got our CC @ NVC, so we figure out that our interview will more likely be in October. Right now we are waiting on the NVC to send us an e-mail with that date. Best wishes to everyone in this thread!

11-25-09 Check Cashed by USCIS!

11-28-09 NOA1 hard copy received by snail-mail (dated 11-23-09)

04-30-10 Phone request about case outside the normal processing time

05-05-10 Hard copy letter from VSC about closure the previous petition (dated 04-05-10)

05-18-10 NOA2 hard copy received (by snail-mail)!

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

I like your signature...Love is patient. You should add: However, the NVC can cause people to lose their patience because it is so unpredictible sometimes. Good luck with everything and I'm sure your October interview will be confirmed.

Thank to jujuswife we have 58 days exactly from closed case, but I check there are other couples with still 3 months :wow: hope we dont long :bonk: .Problem embassy here have a lots people and visa IR1 take time. now.

Waiter a Ref can take only 3 weekes, I think is short now date interview take up it. but I believe you dont get Ref. :no:`lucky with these.

Hello All! Case closed on July 19th at NVC and awaiting October interview in Nairobi! Unable to be scheduled for August and Septempber. Praying for October like everyone here. Good luck everyone...

We got a mail this morning, interview in Brussels October 7 at 2pm :dance:

08-23-2008 : First met

06-20-2009 : Engaged

10-06-2009 : Wedding

01-20-2010 : I-130 sent

01-22-2010 : I-130 received

01-28-2010 : NOA1 received

04-01-2010 : NOA2 received

05-05-2010 : DS-3032 sent

05-26-2010 : DS-230 sent

05-26-2010 : Affidavit of support sent

06-24-2010 : RFE missing tax papers

06-25-2010 : sent missing papers

07-01-2010 : missing papers arrived at NVC

08-11-2010 : SIF / case closed at NVC

08-28-2010 : finally received interview date

09-16-2010 : medical

09-25-2010 : medical approved

10-07-2010 : interview at 2pm in Brussels embassy cancelled

10-14-2010 : new interview date at 2pm in Brussels !!! APPROVED !!!

10-21-2010 : back to Brussels to pick up Visa! :-)
