I'll get a copy of my I-94, marriage cert (I got married in the PI and i entered here in K-3 visa), visa and birth cert. But, as far as the medical I didnt do that yet. I thought after we got approved that is where I need to get the med exam? Also, what kind of proof do they need with the I-864?

Thank you for the help ;)

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Do you also have the I-130 approval notice? Send a photocopy of that, as well. If your medical has expired, it's better to get another one and include it in your AOS packet to avoid RFE's and delay your case.

Here's a sample of what i've sent.

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

▪ Payment in the amount of $1,010

▪ Copy of Form I-797, Notice of Action - I-130 Approval Notice

▪ Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

▪ Copy of passport page with K-3 Visa and entry page

▪ Copy of Marriage Certificate

▪ Copy of Birth Certificate

▪ Form G-325A Biographic Information Sheet

▪ Medical form I-693 in sealed envelope

▪ Two (2) passport size pictures

I-864 Affidavit of Support

▪ Tax transcripts; copy of W-2’s and 1099's for the years 2007, 2008 & 2009

▪ Employment Letter

▪ Copy of most recent pay stub

▪ Copy of US passport *sponsor*

I-765 Application for Employment Document

▪ Copy of previous employment authorization card (front and back)

▪ Copy of form I-94 (front and back)

▪ Copy of passport page with K-3 visa and entry page

▪ Copy of Birth Certificate

▪ Copy of Marriage Certificate

▪ Two (2) passport size pictures

Hope that helps!

No. If you read the I-485 instructions you will see it REQUIRES a medical exam. As yours is expired you will need to do a new medical by seeing a CS and having them complete an I-693 for you.
