11/09/09 - received I 797C in mail (extension for a year)

11/16/09 received letter for fingerprinting

12/04/09 - FP appointment Done

marriage certificate

joint bank account statements

rent leases

pictures

baby birthcertificate

car insurance

blue cross insurance

tax return

water, power , cable , phone & internet

contact congressman about 50 days ago

call congressman again friday all they hear is that the case is in reviewing and that they

send a one year extension

talk with the congressman office today they say the people at vsc , send a request for my a-file

at the local office 0n july 27 so my case can be adjudicate. I dont kno what going on here but it

Sounds like a matter of a misplaced file. I'm surprised your congressman isn't more aggressive to get things moving with your file since you're outside the normal processing time. I hope you hear something soon.

these people dont care after 9 months they just sending for my files at

vsc say my a-file is missing,i dont kno how and 27 july they request it from the local service center

anybody ever hear about that yet?

maybe it's time to initiate a 'service request' on yer 'a-file' ? can do via telephone into USCIS, but I'm a fan of getting it done via INFOPASS, as you can ask other pointed questions there.
