a fellow vjer told me that it has nothing to do with my category..so if yours also contain cr1 and your category is k1..then i assume that it's normal..i hope..

Hello bevzces21 , I'm new to this site. I have read your post and would like to know how long did it take from the time USCIS approved yours (NOA2 received) to the time you're now set for medical exam and interview at the U.S. embassy in Manila.. I'm F2A too and case was just approved this month.. pls let me know so I have an idea how long I will be expecting to receive an appointment for medical and interview.. thanks :)

hi as soon as you got the NOA2 and once your priority date is about to become current you will expect NVC to send you papers in emails or postal mails in the following order...

1. Agent of choice Form- petitioner and benificiary will get this

2. Affidavit of Support fee bill- whoever you declared as your agent of choice will get this...you can have the petitioner as your agent of choice

3. Ds-230(immigrant visa application form) fee bill- agent of choice will get this

it all depends on how you quickly respond on the following required documents and become case complete. once your case complete you would just have to wait for your appointment of interview and do the medical...hope it helps! goodluck
