Looking for a bit of advice since i havent flown down to London before and planning on doing so for my medical and my interview, pain in the butt i gotta do it twice, never the less, can someone tell me which of the London airports i should fly into???????

Which ever is cheapest, both heathrow and gatwick have good public transport links to london city centre..

Keep in mind that Stansted has limited public transport to London - the Stansted express will jack your travel costs, so anything you save in the air fare will be lost with the train to London! Heathrow has the best (and cheapest) travel costs to central London.

I see you are from Scotland(?) - have you thought of the sleeper train? Worked out cheaper by far for me when I went down for my medical.

04/30/2012 Removal of Conditions sent

11/13/2012 10 year Green Card received - no more USCIS until citizenship!!!!

thanks for the advice guys i managed to get a really good deal to gatwick and the train from there to city center. I did look at the train option but since we have a lil boy who's almost two and quite a handful as you can imagine at that age, i'd rather not have to leave him for longer than i have to with someone lol ...thanks again

Gatwick is pretty slick for connecting to the train. Basically, you walk out of South Terminal into the train station and take the Victoria Line straight into London.

Ah, London Victoria. I miss the Cornish Pastie stand there. :(
