not sure why that happens.... i went on the site this year and noticed that the I-129f was touched in April 2009... it was approved January 2008.. we were approved for AOS in August 2008... i don't get it

Passage Revelation 19:11:

11And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

"satan is real and he's playing for keeps
God is realer and we are His sheep
which side are you on, CHOOSE, start moving your feet
choose JESUS and have ETERNAL PEACE" by GOD to me on 9/26/10 about 2am
Thank you Jesus!!!!

I think files get "touched" when they are moved even if it's years after approval. I figure each new form gets added to the previous forms and goes into one complete immigration file. That way they'd know everything about each of us and have everything from our first application to the last all in one place. That's my guess anyway.

I came here with I130 in 2008, (it was approved before I-129F) and I just received my PR GC on 8/12

To try to call them?

this is the message:

"On February 7, 2008, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) and request that the filing fee be waived. The filing fee has been waived and we have mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283"

I think you don't have to be worry.

My I-131(AP) is same. I received AP document soon after I applied. But USCIS case status still says "Initial Review". I just checked now ;)

I believe some files get touched when you submit Change of Address form. I noticed that in my AOS files (485 / 765 and 130)were were touched 4 and 20 months after approval. They coincide with my change of address (moved twice since then)

That's an interesting observation!

To the OP,there is no need to worry, it happens all the time to many people.
