very, very weird. I was looking today on my account on USCIS site, and I have seen that my I129F was touched on 8/14(we sent the I129F in 2008), and now is on initial review. anybody else have the same touch???

not sure why that happens.... i went on the site this year and noticed that the I-129f was touched in April 2009... it was approved January 2008.. we were approved for AOS in August 2008... i don't get it

I think files get "touched" when they are moved even if it's years after approval. I figure each new form gets added to the previous forms and goes into one complete immigration file. That way they'd know everything about each of us and have everything from our first application to the last all in one place. That's my guess anyway.

If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or contact our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283"

I think you don't have to be worry.

My I-131(AP) is same. I received AP document soon after I applied. But USCIS case status still says "Initial Review". I just checked now

I believe some files get touched when you submit Change of Address form. I noticed that in my AOS files (485 / 765 and 130)were were touched 4 and 20 months after approval. They coincide with my change of address (moved twice since then)
