What I'd like to know is what topics are we allowed to discuss with moderators any more? It seems to me that we are no longer allowed to challenge moderators on their behavior, despite an earlier post where you invited open discussion and criticism. If true, can you please update the TOS to reflect this?

The contact form has a selection now to request admin review of mod action if a member feels a mistake was made. I have no problems with you raising "broad" site related issues in this forum (general policy, etc) but I do not want this forum to be a place where topics like "mod x screwed me over, they are an ***". If you feel there is a policy issue that leads mods to making poor decisions then I am happy to work with you to evaluate that. If there is a specific issue you feel with a moderator we can handle that directly via a private conversation. I know you feel I do not work well with you via those conversations; I do try with everyone but in general if you do not agree with my decision then historically you keep pressing regardless and at some point I am not sure how much more I can repeat the same thing. Discussing "specific people" here would be like if someone did not like how you posted mox and they posted about that here -- then we discussed for pages on how some people do and others do not, etc.. That is a TOS issue ergardless of who it is. You can raise questions with decisions and policy that affected those decisions but slamming or poking at mods (like you did in the text I removed in your first post) is unacceptable (against a mod or any member in general). There are ways to be professional and logical that are far more effective; I prefer those methods that are constructive and polite.
