If refused AOS can you got the DCF route?

Timeline

I entered to US on a VW with the intent of a holiday for 2 weeks to visit my boyfriend. Then he proposed to me so I stayed and we are goin to file AOS but I wondering what happens if I am refused, and also if you can do the DCF??

Hope someone has some info.

Timeline

If you are refused you could both go live in your country of 6 months assuming you get him a resident visa and then you can DCF there. There are no US consulates in the US so no DCF from the US

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
