Loto

I read the other thread.. Lets say for the sake of discussion only, that you gave out bad information.. Although I don't know you very well, you don't seem like the kind that would intentionally advise someone to do something illegal.. I think VJ is an Excellent resource that has tremendous value for all those involved in the Immigration process.. You may be taking drastic action in response to what happened on the other thread..

I hope you'll reconsider, and take this experience as a learning opportunity.. It seems like your intentions are sincere and hope you'll give this more thought..

I just have to say that we must be careful with advices we give to people because many of them follow these advices without consulting an attorney and then if something goes wrong they are just going to say that they got such information from VisaJourney not from a particular poster but the site as an all. We need to care this valuable tool and site that VisaJourney is.

If we don't have a deep knowledge about something is much better stay quite. If still we want to give advice is better warning to the person seeking advice that it is just your opinion and that she/he should ask to an Immigration attorney before to take any decision.

Hey Loto,

There are lots of silent people out here on VJ that read, learn, and use advice that is posted. I do not post, I am one of the silent people that read posted advice, verify it and utilize it for my own journey. I am quiet because I am not very knowledgeable about the immigration system yet, but I am getting there, thanks to folks like Darnell and you, among lots of others. One day when I learn just a bit more, I will post, but for now I would like to encourage you to shed this off like water off a ducks back and forge on. You may not be right 100% of the time, but I would put it at about 99% of the time.If you decide to leave I want to tell you thank you for your involvement, and you will be missed. Hey after all, you have “lots of patience”.

 Wheeeeeeeew!

Just read the whole thread, and I am there with the rest of the people that say Loto made a mistake by suggesting AOS, mainly because the intent is there to adjust! As far as adjusting from a B2 being fraud, again mistaken. Just as a fellow poster, it is possible, and it's completely legal.

Loto seems like a really nice guy, I don't see why he would go ranting about us being big experts and providing advice, when most of the advice came from him. I have been given "expert advice" by certain know-it-alls here, but it's always up to one to dig further. You would think that as an immigrant without legal representation, getting familiar with the laws that will be applied to your own case should be a priority.

Thanks all my dear friends for your responses and love towards me!

I don't want to be in VJ, just because I feel it is not worth to be here.

Good luck to all for your successful immigration journey and I hope everybody will achieve it!

Also I advise everybody here to consult with other experts if you have complex cases, because most here are individual posters who know only about their situation and nothing beyond that.

Kathreen, This is my second request to you to remove my account from VJ and I hope you would honor it!

Loto

I think the site is becoming a battalion of hypocrites, Lotto has been very helpful to this site regardless of how correct he might have been or not, he does not deserve to be treated this way in the forums. If that's the way things are conducted in here and especially by the supposedly "moderators" I too do not want to be here.

The most reasonable thing to do would have to show Lotto in a conclusive matter how he erred in his advices if he did indeed!! I don't think his initial intent was to advise anyone to commit fraud, he was actually offering options. I have absolutely no interest in taking side here, I read the exchanges in the other thread and I still think it was unjust and unfair to treat him or anyone the way he was treated. Can anyone prove that his intentions was to advise of committing immigration fraud? [rhetorical question] hummm strange people in here for sure. I regret that he's leaving the forums I'd have hoped he would stay however if you go, all my best Lotto!!!! if you find an alternative please let's us know!

I see many in here believe they know more than anyone else and wouldn't accept anyone challenging their knowledges. What's the point of having a forum in the first place???

I don't want your replies or comments to this! KEEP IT TO YOURSELF for those of you who do NOT agree with me. Not interested in hearing your bla bla bla!!!

Good bye Lotto...if you decide to stay welcome back friend!!
