The US isn't a Christian nation. It may have been founded by Christians, but the US is a diverse nation of many faiths and beliefs. Surely the role of the State should be to tolerate all but elevate none. That's the principle behind the separation of State from Religion.

People (most often the LEft) use zoning and permits to Block everything that don't like.

My friend wanted to simply build a house on some mountain property.... those who already had their houses built blocked him with claims he would spoil the scenery and atmosphere... and they won.

HOW MANY TIMES DO WE SEE people use some environmental excuse to prevent a property owner from building a church or building or development?
