Hey everyone!

I got approved for my k1! I just booked my flight today out of SEATAC airport and will be having my POE out of Blaine Washington.

I was thinking to get my cousin to drop me to seatac or taking a airport shuttle to seatac?

How long does the processing for the K1 visa take? The shuttle can wait only 40mins max for all the passengers. Any suggestions???

Thanks so much!

Gina

It really depends on a lot of different factors, like what time in the day you go, how equip the POE is to deal with high volumes of traffic, how well versed the CPB's are in processing visas, etc.

But, a lot of people have reported taking longer than 40 minutes, so I agree with Marilyn. Ask someone to take you just to be safe.

Personally, my POE experience only lasted about 15 minutes. But I crossed at the Peace Bridge in Ontario and went at 6:30 on a Saturday morning.

Best of luck and congrats on the approval!
