No Marc. The word "bigot" is not what has made people turn out in angry protests and make stupid comments that building a mosque is akin to "burning a flag" or "letting the terrorists win".

So one individual makes that comment and you put all people who disagree under that banner? Whos the Bigot?

Everyone who uses a bigoted argument is a bigot. I don't think that is hard to comprehend.

You have put all who protest the mosque under your so called Bigot BANNER! You now are slippin and slidin squirmin and turnin as you usually do when cornered.I will state it again: So one individual makes that comment and you put all people who disagree under that banner? Whos the Bigot?

Everyone who protests the mosque with those "respect", "slap in the face" arguments is a bigot. I believe I was explicitly clear on that.

I'm a bigot bigot. Who's with me?

I like your logic.

Why should bigots be respected equally to non-bigots? Its a question I've always, and very much a contextual one that gets overlooked in the name of protecting people's [bigoted] feelings.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

Post #30 from you. Again, whos the Bigot? Your sensitivities are under whelming.

Opposing the Mosque near WTC site is about sensitivity?

Can bigots be "sensitive"?

I think that bigots certainly can be sensitive... to any attempt at progressing beyond bigotry as a society. That's why so many of them get vitriolic.

Where's the confusion? Let's recap what I said:

1) The "sensitivity", "slap in the face" (and let's not forget "the Islamization of America") arguments against the Cordoba mosque are bigoted in nature.

2) Anyone who uses bigoted arguments (for example, see 1 above) is a bigot.

I think Marc thinks that "sensitivity" is a positive thing. Sometimes it is, in this case it is not.

This is because the vast majority of the arguments against the mosque use emotionalism, hyperbole and stereotypical conceptions of muslims.
