I think Julez would be a great mod. We didn't start out on the right foot, but she has really helped me to gain some perspective about the process. Sometimes it was hard to hear "calm down" again and again, but I really appreciate it now. I still have my moments of "aaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" but they are getting better. So a vote from me too.

I read the post in question and it should be obvious to anyone that he was simply making a point of character. Anyone who has had the displeasure of interacting with Elmcitymaven for any length of time knows precisely what kind of character we're dealing with, and he was right to point it out. I don't mean to put words in Charles' mouth, but since we're all agog about the staff today, it seems to me that the job of a good and proper moderator is to point out these inequities. Elmcitymaven was making a disingenuous point, and Charles simply pointed out a post that demonstrates her character perfectly. It was perfectly relevant to the topic at hand. And kudos for that I say. Based on the removal of my posts yesterday where all I did was state what men state every day on this forum, you need more on staff like Charles, not less. Good lord.
