Oh I nearly forgot - I recall in the original "welcome thread" for us - it went a little off topic onto a discussion about $2.00 fort worth whores. I thought that was relevant. somehow.

Yeah-They are more expensive the nearer you get to Dallas. :star:

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

LOL- Brings back so many wonderous memories....

In a thread about moderation and the likes became a discussion about Lisa's ....erm.....backside...Spawned by a classic venomous piece written by RJ ( that was later deleted) about a flashlight.....Oh happy days.

Folks are right--VJ used to be such a sweet place!

if I remember correctly Mags and Lal had their share of people who didn't like the job they did..

I think I had one major disagreement with LaL (or maybe it was Mags, I can't keep them straight because I *still* have internet crushes on both), but I was always impressed that through our back-and-forth, never once did the phrase "if you don't like my decision, contact Ewok" ever come up. (The phrase "stfu mox, I googled you and I know where you live" did come up though, which I thought was somewhat heavy-handed but effective...)

I remember that, and even *I* can't remember if it was Mags or me.:unsure:

 isn't that what people have been complaining about?

So then applying your logic in objecting to Julez being a mod, will you soon be joining Mox in his crusade to get Charles' mod stripped? For the record, I think you're wrong. Julez isn't nearly as acerbic in OT as charles, you are merely confusing snide for vitriol. Just look at him calling another member a #######. He was at least vague enough for his inevitable denial.
