although it says you joined in 2006.. I am pretty sure there were moderators at that time but I could be wrong...

None with shiney badges. Ewok arrived when summoned....Dunno about stealthy mods though. I know the shiney badges only came out a couple years ago...Along with the Organizer label.

Really, though. Do we NEED mods in places like OT and the Regionals? Is there a reason Mods are needed there?.....Because I've never understood.

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

i don't need to post in the UK forum. i seen her venom in other forums, this one included.

like i said her personality has oozed outside the UK forum before. i don't need to read the UK forum.

So you don't need to read the UK forum to determine whether she would be good to be a deputy mod in the UK forum? Oooookay.unsure.gif

They did. It's a shame Yodrak turned out to be such a thin skin though.

I think there was more to it than was apparant....In fact pretty sure. But Yodrak lreaving was a loss to the site...No doubt.

Get the right kind of mod, someone who doesn't flinch at the little stuff and understands things on a contextual level, and there isn't too much unnecessary moderation anyway. We've seen this work in the past; Mags and Lal.
