Hello

i was reading on the NVC process and i came to this chart

http://www.visajourney.com/examples/NVC_Process_Flowchart_v1-2.pdf

and it says There are now two independent ‘tracks’ within the NVC. One part of each track leads onto

another.

i understood the section of the petitioner but the alien section is very confusing to me

here is what it includes

i would like some clarifications

thank you in advance

The alien completes and sends the

DS-3032* (Choice of Agent form)

DS-3032* entered into NVC System

Immigrant Visa Bill Generated.

Agent receives the IV Bill.

Agent sends back the IV Bill payment.

IV Bill entered into NVC System.

DS-230 package generated.

Agent receives DS-230 package.

Agent sends completed DS-230 plus

documentation required by NVC.

DS-230 package entered into NVC system

If more info/evidence is required, then NVC

will generate and send a checklist.

Agent responds to the checklist and it is

entered into the System.

Find a job you love to do, and you will never work another day in your life.

The Alien send in the DS-3032 form (preferable via email) and whomever she/he chooses as the agent(you, a lawyer or someone else) will "follow" that track.

If you are the agent (& petitioner), then you will be following both track - they both lead into each other.

A better clarification.

NVC Generates and sends a copy of the DS-3032* (Choice of Agent form) and the AOS Bill to the petitioner.

At the same time, NVC generates and sends the DS-3032* to the alien.

The petitioner (you?) sends back the AOS Bill payment (preferable via online payment to speed thing up).

At the same time the alien (spouse) send back the DS-3032 (preferable via email).

When they receive the AOS Bill, it will be entered into the NVC System, then the I-864 Package is generated.

The Petitioner (you?) will receives the I-864 Package.

The Petitioner (you?) will complete and send back the I-864 package with supporting documents (tax transcripts, etc).

I-864 package is then entered into NVC system.

While the above is going on - the Immigrant Visa Bill will be generated (after they receive DS-3032).

Then the agent (you?) will receive the IV Bill.

The agent (you?) sends back the IV Bill payment (via online payment, to speed thing up).

Then the IV Bill will be entered into the NVC System.

Then the DS-230 package will be generated.

Then the agent (you?) will receive the DS-230 package.

The agent will send back the completed DS-230 plus ALL Original documentation required by NVC.

DS-230 package entered into NVC system after it is received.

If more info/evidence is required, then NVC will generate and send a checklist.

The agent will respond to the checklist and it is entered into the System.

I hope this helps.
